Meeting your needs
If you think you will benefit more from learning at your own pace, or if you feel like you need more focused interaction than what is possible in a big group, private lessons (Tutoring) are probably the best solution for you.
One-on-one lessons are perfect for addressing specific needs:
- You can prepare yourself for a test, a new job or a move abroad.
- Or you may want to communicate more, talk to a native French speaker, have more time to ask questions and learn about the French culture.

Schedule and registration
If you are interested in a private lesson or specialized tutorial, please contact us to make an appointment. We will try to arrange your schedule as much as possible.
For questions regarding the price and our registration and cancellation policy please see Price list and Registration policy. Some things to consider: the more hours you purchase, the cheaper it will be (and you’ll be motivated to follow through). Plus, planning your classes in advance allows you to the most choices in our schedule!
This said, our packages have an expiration date, so buy only so many hours that you will be able to finish.
Evaluation
A good way to evaluate your level is by using the standards of the CEFR. Please have a look under classes to see which level best applies to you. Before we schedule a course, we can send you a test to assess your level more precisely. In any case, we will assess your comprehension and expression skills more accurately during your first session to ensure our learning plan matches your wishes and needs.
In a one-on-one course it's very easy to follow the progress of the students and give them focused attention and tailored advice on how to improve their skills. These are the main advantages of private sessions.
